WHAT TO WEAR
INDIVIDUAL:
I recommend wearing something more bold. Something to show off the personality of you and the photo. For maternity sessions, I love a long flowing maxi dress or
something that is tight fitting that accentuates the beautiful baby belly!!! For children I recommend some brighter colors, texture, denim, ruffles, boots, suspenders for the little guys or even jeans with
no shirt and no shoes on a water scene. These types of clothing tend to photograph well and give the image some depth.
SIBLINGS:
It can sometimes be difficult to coordinate colors and not look too matchy. I recommend picking a few colors and going from there to try not to
dress them the same. The more layers and textures the better. Just pick colors that compliment them. A small investment in clothing can go a long way for the final product!
FAMILIES
Most importantly try to be comfortable. Choose a style you like and a few colors you like as well.
I recommend picking out maybe one busy outfit for mom or for the kids and play with those colors for the rest of the outfits. Try to mix it up and
get a little funky and unique. I love a long maxi dress on mom or some dark blue jeans on dad with a simple shirt. Go for big print..think bold! Continue to think texture and color and have fun!!
White and neon tend to blow out in pictures so try and stay away from those.
